Article description
This is a WINCH clip-in set that allows manufacturers to insert the magnetic core of the sewable base at the end of their production process.
The WINCH momentum combines the properties of a ratchet and a fastener. Depending on the width of the laces, one or multiple laces can be used simultaneously. Although primarily designed for shoes, it can be opened completely, making it ideal for diverse application areas. This is a left-turning version - a right-turning version is available (article number: F1560-R).

This WINCH can be applied in many fields, such as footwear & apparel.
Installation
First, the base of the WINCH clip-in base is sewn to the product (underlay sewing) without the magnetic core. Then screw and clip the core into the base with the appropriate TOOL (TOOL30). The TOOL can be requested for left (counterclockwise rotation) and right (clockwise rotation) versions. An assembly guide can be downloaded in the “downloads & guides” section.
Additionally, one or multiple laces are fed into the handle. An assembly guide is available upon request.
Individualization
WINCH fasteners can be customized with your logo and requested in other colours. Additionally, different laces can be used (laces not included in the scope of delivery).
