Patent infringement complaints decided in FIDLOCK's favour

We managed to effectively defend our IP rights in China: Our four patent infringement complaints filed with the Dongguan Market Regulatory Authority against Dongguan BaDi Sporting Goods Co. were decided in FIDLOCK's favour!

Dongguan BaDi Sporting Goods Co. had offered and sold imitations of our V-BUCKLE, SNAP and SNAP helmet buckle, among others, on their website. The decisions of the Dongguan Market Regulatory Authority from January 2021 find that our Chinese patents ZL200780033868.X, ZL200980103234.6, ZL201080005487.2 and ZL201380065615.6 are clearly infringed by Dongguan BaDi Sporting Goods Co.'s products.

Dongguan BaDi Sporting Goods Co. must therefore immediately cease infringing acts, remove the corresponding images of the infringing products on its website, and cease making, using, promising to sell, and selling the infringing products that are identical or equivalent to invention patents ZL200780033868.X, ZL200980103234.6, ZL201080005487.2, and ZL201380065615.6.

Our intellectual property rights have been preserved, our good reputation and the market order have been defended to some extent.
